How to reverse hair loss in men?

My hair has started thinning a lot at the crown, and I'm seeing more and more bald patches. I'm only in my late 30s. What can men do to reverse hair loss?

Having dealt with hormonal hair loss myself due to PCOS, I know how frustrating this is. For men, it is often DHT related, so please be careful with what you apply. It's best to consult a dermatologist rather than trying random home hacks.

Let's be real here. If it is male pattern baldness, standard oils won't do much. You need to see a dermatologist and ask about Minoxidil or Finasteride. Start early before the follicles actually die.

Bhai, I panicked so much last year when my forehead line started shifting. But honestly, some shedding is totally normal, and stress only makes it worse. Once I calmed down and fixed my routine, the shedding reduced naturally.

Are you getting enough biotin and zinc in your diet? Hard training is good, but without proper nutrition and sleep, your body deprioritizes hair growth. Make sure you're eating clean and managing stress.

Mere saath bhi same scene chal raha hai yaar. I tried onion juice and all that but nothing worked. Finally went to a doc, got some serums, and now my hair fall has at least stopped. Dont waste time on home remedies.

Before you try any product or supplement, please get a full health checkup done. Sometimes hair loss is just a sign of thyroid issues or severe vitamin deficiencies. Safer to rule those out first.

I am just 21 and starting to see my scalp in the mirror. It feels a bit embarrassing to ask, but do these over-the-counter hair growth serums actually work, or do they have bad side effects?

I kept treating my hair loss as normal balding until a routine blood test showed my thyroid levels were totally off. Once my medication started, my hair quality improved. Definitely get your TSH levels checked.

Before spending thousands on expensive clinics and transplants, just get a basic blood test done for Rs. 500. Most of the time it is just Vitamin D3 or B12 deficiency. Solving that is way cheaper and highly effective.

Look, stop wasting money on those fancy shampoos that promise hair regrowth in 10 days. Shampoo only cleans the scalp, it cannot regrow hair. Talk to a skin doctor and get proper medical advice.

Totally agree with the advice to see a dermatologist early. Getting a professional opinion saved my hairline before it got too bad.

Along with whatever treatment you choose, try to practice Shirshasana or Sarvangasana daily if your body allows. It naturally increases blood flow to the head, which nourishes the hair roots beautifully over time.
