How to restore hair loss?

Since my second pregnancy, I've noticed a lot of hair fall, especially near my temples. My comb is always full of hair, and it's quite worrying. Is there anything I can do to get my hair back to how it was before?

Baal jhadna aajkal bohot common ho gaya hai, ho na? Personally, I started using warm coconut oil with a few curry leaves on my scalp, and it helped control the fall. But actually, checking your iron and thyroid levels is most important because internal issues cause this mostly.

Beta, in my 60 years, I have seen hair thinning happen to almost everyone at some point. Don't let it stress you out because stress only makes it worse. Eat a good amount of protein like dal and curd, and give it some time to recover naturally.

Before starting any fancy serums or biotin tablets, please consult a dermatologist. Sometimes hair loss is due to underlying deficiencies or scalp infections that need proper medical prescription. Better to get a professional opinion first instead of experimenting blindly.

Honestly bro, I tried every shampoo in the market and nothing worked. Then I focused on my diet, started eating eggs daily, and got a prescription minoxidil solution from a doctor. That actually stopped the hairline recession, so don't waste cash on random products.

My grandmother always tells me to apply homemade amla and bhringraj oil to strengthen the roots. It is very cooling for the head. However, when my hair fall became severe last year, I went to a skin specialist who diagnosed a vitamin D deficiency, so medical advice is definitely key.
