How to repair liver damage?

My doctor told me my liver reports are not good. I'm really worried, is there anything I can do to fix it? Just looking for some guidance.

I've been reading about this too, it's pretty scary how common liver issues are becoming. From what I understand, it depends on the type and extent of damage. Sometimes it can regenerate if caught early, but lifestyle changes are super important, like cutting alcohol completely.

Honestly, liver damage isn't something you can 'repair' yourself with home remedies. You really need to see a hepatologist or a good gastroenterologist. They'll diagnose the cause and suggest proper medical treatment. Don't waste time trying unverified stuff.

My son had some liver issues when he was younger. We saw a specialist, and they emphasized a balanced diet, fresh fruits, and plenty of water. It's tough, but with patience and following the doctor's plan, things can improve. Don't delay seeing a good doctor.

Namma veetla ellarum (in our home everyone) believes in good food for health. But for liver damage, it's beyond just food. My aunt had some issues, and her doctor was the best help. Please find a good specialist, they can guide you precisely.

Oh, this sounds serious. Is it possible to reverse liver damage completely, or is it more about managing it so it doesn't get worse? I hope you're okay. Please tell us what your doctor says.

Look, with liver damage, time is critical. Don't waste it on guesswork. Get to a specialist ASAP, get the diagnosis, and follow their treatment plan strictly. Lifestyle changes like diet and exercise will definitely be part of it, but only after proper medical consultation.

As someone managing diabetes, I know how closely liver health is linked to diet, especially controlling sugar and processed foods. Fatty liver is very common with diabetes. Please consult a doctor first, they might also suggest a dietitian to plan your meals.

Uff, liver damage! That means no more aloo paratha every day or too much fried stuff. Definitely need to go easy on the oily foods and sugary drinks. I sometimes feel my liver protesting after a big feast, haha. But seriously, see a doc!

Mere ko high BP hai, toh I have to be careful with everything. Liver ke liye bhi regular checkups bahut zaroori hain, especially if you have any symptoms. Diet aur exercise ka bhi bada role hai. Kabhi bhi self-medicate mat karna.

I was diagnosed with fatty liver last year, and it was a wake-up call. My doctor put me on a strict diet, no alcohol, and regular exercise. It took time, but my liver enzymes are much better now. Consistency is key, and proper medical guidance, of course!

Haan bhai, liver ka masla toh serious hai. Bina doctor ke salaah kuch mat karna. Ghar pe log bohot remedies batate hain, par har cheez ka solution nahi hota. Proper checkup karao aur jo doc bole, wahi follow karo.
