How to repair kidney damage?

My father's kidney function has been declining, and the doctors are looking at treatment options. We are anxious to know if there are treatments available to repair kidney damage or slow down its progression.

Honestly, kidney damage is quite serious, so please, consult a nephrologist first. Diet plays a HUGE role, especially for vegetarians. My jiju had some issues, and his doc put him on a strict low-sodium, low-potassium, and controlled protein diet. What works for one might not work for another, so only a doctor can guide you specific to your condition.

Meri BP high rehti hai aur doc ne hamesha bola hai ki kidneys pe dhyaan rakhna bahut zaroori hai. They told me that uncontrolled BP is a big reason for kidney problems. So regular check-ups, keeping BP in check with meds and lifestyle changes like exercise and less salt are super important. Please see a proper doctor for this, don't delay.

Kidney damage, sunke hi darr lagta hai. My uncle had some issues. He did try some home remedies like drinking specific herbal teas, but ONLY after discussing with his doctor. They said some herbs can actually be harmful depending on the kidney damage stage. So pls, get a proper diagnosis first. Don't self-medicate anything.

Mere bete ko bhi kidney issues the jab wo chhota tha. It was really tough. The doctors emphasized strict medication, regular blood tests to monitor kidney function, and a very specific diet plan. It’s not something you can just 'repair' with simple tips; it needs consistent medical management. Please visit a specialist soon for proper guidance.

Mujhe toh iske baare mein zyada pata nahi, but mere ek rishtedaar ko kidney problem hui thi. Unhone bahut saare tests karvaye the aur doctor ki advice se hi sab kuch kiya. Yeh koi choti baat nahi, issliye best hai ki aap bina der kiye ek acche nephrologist ko dikhayein. Wohi sahi guidance de payenge.
