How to remove loose skin after weight loss?

I've lost a significant amount of weight recently, which I'm happy about, but now I have a lot of loose skin, especially on my arms and tummy. It's really affecting my confidence. What are the options to remove loose skin after weight loss?

Please be proud of your weight loss journey, it is a beautiful achievement for your health. Loose skin is just a mark of your dedication. Keep your body hydrated, nourish it with wholesome foods, and give it time to adapt naturally. Take care.

I have recently lost around 15 kgs and I'm starting to see some loose skin around my arms and stomach. I am a bit shy to go to a gym. Are there any simple exercises I can do at home to help tighten this up slowly?

Losing weight is a huge achievement, but loose skin can be frustrating to deal with. Strength training is usually the best practical way to help fill it out.

I agree with focusing on strength training. Building muscle is key to naturally tightening the appearance of loose skin after a major weight loss.

Instead of spending lakhs on expensive surgeries or miracle skin tightening creams, try lifting basic weights or doing push-ups at home. Building underlying muscle is the most practical and budget-friendly way to make the skin look tighter. Give it at least a year of consistent effort.

I totally feel you, I had the same issue after losing 20 kgs! Strength training and lifting weights at the gym really helped me tone up. Don't worry, keep drinking plenty of water and moisturizing your skin, it takes some time but it definitely improves.
