Oh my god, please be very careful with this because any kind of chest pain can be really serious. I would panic immediately if I felt this and go straight to the clinic. Please get it checked by a doctor right away to rule out anything dangerous, just for peace of mind.

I had this upper back and chest tightness, and it turned out to be severe acid reflux pushing against my diaphragm. Eating smaller dinners and sleeping with my head elevated helped immensely. However, you must get an ECG done first to completely rule out any heart issues.

If the doctor has already cleared your heart and said it is just muscle strain, then a simple hot water bag works best. Avoid lifting heavy buckets or bending forward for a few days. Basic rest and keeping warm will solve it without spending much.

When energy is blocked in the chest region, gentle chest-opening stretches and deep pranayama can help release the tightness. Please ensure your heart is healthy first through a doctor's checkup. Once cleared, slow breathing in Bhujangasana will gently relieve the spine and rib cage.

Do not seek home remedies online for chest pain combined with back pain. This requires urgent professional medical evaluation to check your heart and lungs. Go to an emergency room or a doctor immediately instead of guessing.
