I get this bloating all the time after heavy meals. Drinking a glass of warm water with fennel seeds really helps clear the gas quickly.

My gastroenterologist explained that upper abdominal bloating is often caused by swallowing excess air or slow stomach emptying. He advised avoiding carbonated drinks, chewing food slowly, and incorporating ginger tea to speed up digestion safely. If it persists, get a checkup for food intolerances.

I used to get super bloated after gym protein shakes. I started taking a walk for 15 minutes right after dinner and stopped drinking water during meals. It literally solved my stomach pain and gas issues.

Sitting up in bed with a bloated stomach that feels like a balloon is not how I planned my night. I tried drinking ajwain water, and now I am just bloated and burping. Hopefully, the gas clears soon so I can finally get some sleep.

Chronic bloating can sometimes be linked to high sodium intake and stress, which also impacts blood pressure. I highly recommend keeping your diet simple, monitoring your salt, and getting regular health checkups. A gentle walk after meals is very beneficial.
