How to relieve burning pain in upper back?

I've been feeling a persistent burning pain in my upper back, right between my shoulder blades. It gets worse with movement sometimes. What can help ease this kind of pain?

Oh, I totally understand this feeling. I had something similar a few years ago, and honestly, the constant pain really gets to you emotionally. Don't ignore it, please. Sometimes just knowing others have felt it too helps a bit, but do get it checked properly.

Burning pain in the upper back could be muscle-related, especially if you're sitting a lot or have poor posture. Try some gentle stretching exercises for your upper back and shoulders. Also, focus on protein-rich diet and staying hydrated, it helps with muscle recovery.

Hare Rama, sister. Take a deep breath. Sometimes our body is just asking for a little more attention. Try to stay positive and listen to what your body is telling you. Maybe some light yoga or just a peaceful walk can help. And yes, a good doctor's advice is always good.

Look, burning pain isn't normal. Don't try home remedies for something like this. Go see a physio or a general physician first. They'll tell you if it's muscular, nerve-related, or something else. Don't delay it.

I go to Apollo for all my health issues. Please book an appointment with an orthopaedic doctor or a general physician at a reputable hospital. When you go, clearly explain the burning sensation, its intensity, and when it started. Don't leave till you have a clear understanding of the next steps.

Dude, I had similar burning pain after long gaming sessions. My doc said it was because of bad posture and muscle strain. Maybe check your sitting position? I started using a lumbar support and doing some basic stretches, thoda relief mila hai. But yeah, get it checked, maybe it's something different for you.
