How to relieve back pain during pregnancy while sleeping?

I'm pregnant and finding it really hard to get comfortable at night due to back pain. No matter which position I try, my lower back just aches. My husband tries to help, but it's constant. What are some safe ways to relieve back pain while sleeping during pregnancy?

During my pregnancy, sleeping was a challenge because of back pain. I found sleeping on my side with a pregnancy pillow, or even just a regular pillow between my knees and another supporting my belly, made a huge difference. It takes the pressure off the lower back. Also, a warm bath before bed helped.

Pregnancy back pain while sleeping is so common! The trick is proper support. Always sleep on your side, preferably left. Place a firm pillow between your knees to align your hips and spine. You can also use a small rolled towel or pillow under your belly for extra support. It really helps distribute the weight.

Haan, pregnancy mein back pain toh normal hai, especially raat ko. Meri bhabhi ko bhi hota tha. Usne pregnancy pillow use kiya tha, na. Aur garam pani se sekh bhi lagati thi. Thoda halka walk bhi karti thi din mein, taaki body active rahe.

Yaar, pregnancy mein back pain se neend aana mushkil ho jaata hai, actually. Side pe sona best hai, aur pillows ko strategic places pe rakhna chahiye, jaise knees ke beech mein aur under the bump. Makes a world of difference for comfort, haan.

My sister was pregnant last year and she bought this massive body pillow just for her back pain. She said it was a lifesaver. Maybe something like that could help? Also, gentle stretching before bed, if the doctor says it's okay.
