How to relieve back pain after surgery?

I had back surgery about three months ago, and while the main issue is resolved, I still get some residual back pain, especially after I've been active. My doctor said it's part of the healing process, but it can be quite bothersome. What can I do to relieve this post-surgery back pain?

After my surgery, I had back pain too. My doctor prescribed specific pain meds, which I took regularly. I also did the recommended physiotherapy diligently. I can't advise on meds, but physio really helped strengthen my back over time.

Beta, operation ke baad dard hona toh swabhavik hai. Apne doctor se dawaaiyan toh regular lena hi hai. Uske alawa, thoda garam sekh kar sakte ho agar doctor mana na kare. Aur dhyan rakho, thand na lage, haan. Halka tel malish bhi kar sakte ho, lekin sirf doctor ki salah par.

Post-surgery back pain is quite common. The best practical approach is to diligently follow your physiotherapist's exercises, even if they feel small. A good, firm mattress and proper posture while sitting or standing make a huge difference. Don't lift anything heavy, even if it feels light.

Yaar, post-surgery pain is tough, actually. Don't try to be a hero and bear the pain; take your prescribed meds on time. And try to move a little bit, like gentle walks, if your doctor has allowed it. That helps with circulation, haan.

Oh, back pain after surgery! Feels like your body is holding a grudge, doesn't it? 😂 But seriously, follow your doctor's orders to the letter, especially for meds and physio. And invest in a good, supportive cushion for your back when sitting. Every little bit helps.

Haan bhai, surgery ke baad back pain toh normal hai. Doctor ne jo dawai di hai, woh time par lena bahut zaroori hai, na. Aur jo physio exercises bataye hain, woh bhi regularly karna. Thoda halka garam sekh bhi le sakte ho, agar doctor ne allow kiya ho.

After surgery, managing pain is critical. Ensure your doctor is aware of any pre-existing conditions like high BP, as certain pain medications can affect it. Keep up with your follow-up appointments, and focus on the recovery plan given. Diet also helps in overall healing and reducing inflammation.
