How to regain hair loss from stress?

The last few months have been quite stressful for me, and I've seen a noticeable amount of hair fall. My scalp feels lighter, and I'm losing confidence. Is there anything that can help my hair grow back after stress-induced loss?

Honestly, stress hair loss is real. First thing, manage that stress. Meditation, good sleep, anything that helps you chill out. Then look into a good multivitamin, sometimes deficiencies also play a part. But stress is the main culprit.

Been there! For me, reducing work pressure helped massively. Also, try to incorporate a quick 15-min walk daily, it helps clear the head. Consult a dermatologist for specific hair treatments, they might suggest something like minoxidil or PRP if it's severe.

Dude, exams time mere saath bhi hua tha. Hairfall like crazy. I just tried to chill more, listened to music. Also started using a mild shampoo and didn't heat style my hair much. It eventually came back, but took time.

Oh god, I worry about this so much! Stress can literally make your hair fall out in clumps. Make sure you're eating well, like lots of protein and iron. And try to find something that genuinely calms you, even if it's just watching a silly show or reading a book. Don't let it get worse, please.

Beti, stress is a big problem. Try to calm your mind with a little meditation or light prayer. For hair, warm coconut oil massage twice a week with some neem leaves boiled in it, it helps strengthen the roots. But if it's too much, then a doctor's advice is always good.

It's always best to consult a doctor, specifically a dermatologist. Hair loss due to stress can also be a sign of other underlying issues. They can suggest blood tests and recommend the right course of action tailored for you. Don't self-diagnose!

Many times, hair loss is linked to thyroid imbalances, even with stress. I would highly recommend getting your thyroid levels checked. Stress can trigger or worsen thyroid issues, leading to more hair fall. Always follow up with your doctor.

Stress? Meri toh poori zindagi stress mein hai, toh baal toh jayenge hi! Jokes aside, my wife made me do yoga and oil my hair regularly. It actually helped a bit, though I still pull out a few strands every morning. Can't win 'em all, can we?
