How to reduce protein in urine during pregnancy?

During my last check-up, my doctor found a small amount of protein in my urine, which concerned me as I'm pregnant. She advised me to monitor it. Are there any specific things I can do to reduce protein in urine during pregnancy?

I totally panicked when my urine test showed trace protein in the second trimester, but my doctor told me it can sometimes happen due to a mild infection or dehydration. Once I drank more water and cleared the infection, the next test was completely normal. Just follow your doctor's advice and don't stress.

Please take this very seriously and do not try any home remedies to fix it. High protein in urine during pregnancy can be a key sign of preeclampsia (high blood pressure), which can become dangerous quickly. You must consult your gynecologist immediately for a proper diagnosis.

Protein in urine is actually something your gynac needs to monitor closely, yaar. It can be due to high BP or just a simple UTI, so don't try self-treating at home. Just get your regular checkup and urine test done as scheduled.

Haan, urine mein protein aana doctor ko dikhana bohot zaroori hai na. Woh BP check karenge aur urine culture test bhi likhenge shayad. Apne aap kuch mat karna, bas doctor ki baat suno aur rest karo.

Beti, in our times, we were told to drink coconut water and barley water to flush out any heat or infections from the body. However, during pregnancy, you must let your doctor check your blood pressure and guide you properly first.
