How to reduce hair loss in females?

My hair has always been thick, but recently I've noticed it thinning out, and there's a lot of hair falling when I wash or comb. I'm a young woman, and this is really bothering me. What are effective ways to reduce hair loss in females?

In our time, we used to wash our hair with soaked shikakai and amla water instead of modern chemicals. Do not tie your hair tightly in rubber bands as it pulls the roots. Eat a handful of roasted sesame seeds daily for natural strength, but consult a doctor if the hair loss is very severe.

I know how heartbreaking it is to see chunks of hair on your brush, it makes you feel like you are losing control of your health. Please try not to panic, as extreme anxiety only worsens the shedding. Talk to a comforting dermatologist who can guide you step-by-step.

I recently recovered from heavy hair thinning after my doctor diagnosed me with low vitamin D and iron. Once I completed the prescribed three-month course of supplements, my hair fall stopped almost completely. Get your blood tests done first, it really works!

I started tracking my daily protein intake and sleep cycles on my fitness app and realized I was barely getting 30g of protein and 5 hours of sleep. Once I optimized my nutrition and hit my daily targets, my hair density improved significantly. Clean lifestyle tracking really helps!

I have been reading a lot about how female hair loss is often linked to hormonal changes like PCOS or stopping birth control pills. It seems like external treatments are just temporary fixes. We really need to look at what is happening inside our bodies.
