Pregnancy mein breast tenderness is very normal, ho na. Try wearing non-wired, breathable cotton maternity bras. Regular underwire bras will press too hard and cause more pain.

I was reading up on this because my cousin is pregnant and complaining of soreness. Apparently, the breasts grow and prep for milk early on, which causes the ache. A warm shower seems to be the most recommended relief.

Applying cool cabbage leaves can give great relief to swollen breasts. But if you see any fluid leaking, redness, or feel a localized hot lump with fever, contact your doctor immediately.

During my pregnancy, hormonal changes made my thyroid levels fluctuate, which affected breast pain too. Please get your regular thyroid and hormone blood tests done as advised by your gynac.

I am in my 8th week and the shooting pain is quite bad. Is it normal for it to hurt this early? Did anyone else experience such sharp soreness so soon?

My wife had this while working. She bought seamless, wire-free maternity bras online for office wear, which saved her. Don't waste time trying complex remedies, comfort wear is key.

As a pharmacist, I advise not taking any OTC painkillers during pregnancy without asking your obstetrician. Stick to warm water compresses or ice packs for safe physical relief.
