During my pregnancy, acid reflux was my biggest enemy. Eating small meals every two hours instead of three heavy ones helped me so much. Also, keeping cold milk handy and taking tiny sips gave me instant relief.

Gentle post-meal walking and practicing light pranayama like Shitali can cool the digestive system. Avoid lying down immediately after eating; try to sit upright or walk slowly for 15 minutes to help digestion.

Pregnancy acid reflux is so uncomfortable, but please check with your gynecologist before taking any over-the-counter antacids. Sometimes simple dietary changes like avoiding spicy and sour foods can make a big difference.

I agree, sleeping on your left side is clinically proven to reduce acid reflux during pregnancy. Hope you feel better soon.

My elder sister used to get terrible reflux when she was pregnant. She started sleeping with her head elevated using two pillows and swore it was a lifesaver. Maybe you can try that tonight!
