How to recover liver damage?

My brother-in-law had some liver issues because of alcohol many years ago, and he made a lot of changes and got better. My doctor recently mentioned some minor damage showing up in my blood tests, probably due to my fatty liver. I want to know if there's anything I can do to recover or reverse this liver damage.

Listen to me, don't get scared seeing scary things online. Liver actually has an amazing capacity to heal itself if we stop taxing it. Cut out alcohol completely, eat fresh home food, and let your doctor guide you on the tests. We will get through this, just take it one day at a time.

Actually yaar, liver issues can be quite tricky so don't try self-medicating. My uncle went through this and his doctor made him stop all those heavy protein supplements and oily stuff immediately. Just stick to light, basic food and get regular checkups, everything sorted ho jayega.

Keep your mind calm and have faith in your body's natural power to heal. Eat pure, simple vegetarian meals and practice deep breathing daily to reduce internal stress. Take care of yourself and let the positive energy guide your recovery.

Simple ghar ka khana is the best solution here. Stop all outside oily food and bakery items completely for a few months. Drink enough clean water and stick to whatever standard prescription your doctor has given without skipping.

I hope you feel better soon. Please follow your doctor's advice and don't take any heavy medicines or local herbs on your own right now. Giving your body rest will help a lot.
