How to prevent pregnancy stretch marks?

I'm in my second trimester, and my sister had terrible stretch marks after her pregnancy. I really want to avoid them if possible. What are the best ways to prevent pregnancy stretch marks?

Ugh, stretch marks! I'm so worried about them. My mom has quite a few. Does anyone else feel like it's an inevitable fate? I've heard some people swear by oils, but others say it's all genetics. What actually works, or is it just luck?

Ah, the stretch mark battle! While I love my pregnancy cravings, I try to balance them so I don't gain weight too rapidly. Slow and steady weight gain is key, and eating foods rich in Vitamin E and C for skin elasticity. And of course, slathering on those yummy-smelling oils! 😉

While stretch marks aren't a health danger, I regret not being more consistent with hydrating my skin during my first pregnancy. I just used some random cream. Maybe if I had been more diligent with good quality oils and creams, it might have helped. It's about skin elasticity. So be consistent, don't ignore it.

The skin's elasticity comes from within. While external application of oils can help keep the skin supple, focus on a diet rich in vitamins and minerals that support skin health. Gentle movements like prenatal yoga can also improve circulation and overall skin tone. Embrace the changes in your body with grace, dear one.

Hey! While genetics play a big role, you can definitely help your skin! ✨ Stay super hydrated from inside out, drink lots of water! And apply good quality stretch mark creams or natural oils (like almond or coconut oil) religiously, twice a day, from early on. Consistency is your best friend! 😊
