How to prevent nausea during pregnancy?

Since my first trimester started, I've been feeling so nauseous, especially in the mornings. My mother-in-law says it's normal, but I'm struggling to eat anything properly. Are there any natural ways to ease this feeling?

My pregnancy was complicated, so I learned to be very cautious. Nausea can be normal, but if it's severe or you can't keep anything down, please consult your doctor immediately. They can rule out underlying issues and suggest safe relief options. Don't take it lightly.

It's totally normal to feel anxious about this, nausea during pregnancy can be really rough. Just remember, you're not alone and many women experience it. It doesn't mean anything is wrong, but definitely talk to your doctor about it for reassurance and management.

I found that keeping bland snacks like rusks or dry toast handy helped a lot. Also, sipping on ginger tea throughout the day, slowly. And never let your stomach be empty, even for a short while, that's when nausea hits hard. It's all about managing those gaps.

Okay, so I've been there. The trick is to never have an empty stomach. Eat small, frequent meals throughout the day. Keep some dry biscuits or almonds by your bed and eat them before you even get up. Also, ginger ale or ginger candy helped a lot. And stay super hydrated.

Honestly, don't trust every random remedy you find online. Pregnancy is serious, especially with symptoms like nausea. Talk to your gynaecologist. They can give you scientifically proven and safe ways to manage it, rather than something that might not work or worse, be harmful.

Oh god, I panicked so much with my first one! But turns out, morning sickness is super common. Small, frequent meals helped me a lot. And keeping a cracker or biscuit next to the bed to eat even before getting up. It usually passes, so don't worry too much.

For me, natural remedies worked for mild nausea. Sipping lemon water, chewing on a small piece of ginger, and eating small, frequent meals of bland food. But if you're throwing up a lot or feeling very weak, please consult a doctor. Don't delay on that.
