How to prevent knee pain while running?

I recently started a running routine, and my knees have started hurting, especially after longer runs. What can I do to prevent knee pain while running? I don't want to give up on it.

Bhai, running mein knee pain bahut logon ko hota hai. Pehle toh, acche shoes pehno, jo running ke liye bane hon. Aur seedha zameen pe mat daudo, thoda soft surface pe daudo. Running se pehle thoda warm-up, aur baad mein stretching, yeh bahut zaroori hai. Dheere-dheere shuru karo, ekdum se tez mat daudo.

Yaar, knee pain is the worst! Don't stress too much about it, but definitely take it seriously. Make sure your running shoes are actually good and not super old. Also, warm-up properly before and stretch after. And maybe try to run on softer surfaces if you can, instead of hard concrete. Listen to your body, okay?

For knee pain, tracking your running form and mileage is super helpful. Many fitness apps can guide you. Make sure you're not increasing your distance or intensity too quickly. Invest in good running shoes, and consider strengthening exercises for your quads and hamstrings. A foam roller can also be a game-changer for muscle tightness around the knees.

Knee pain while running? Oh, the joys! My knees usually tell me to just sit down and have chai instead. 😂 But seriously, good shoes are non-negotiable. And stretching, even though my tired brain hates it. Also, don't ignore tiny aches, they become big aches when you're sleep-deprived like me. Maybe less running, more napping?

I've started running recently and I'm already feeling some discomfort in my knees. Is this normal initially, or should I be worried? Did anyone else experience this when they first started? I'm afraid of injuring myself seriously.
