How to prevent hair loss during weight loss?

This is a very common issue during weight loss, often due to rapid shedding from dietary changes and stress on the body. The key is to ensure your weight loss is gradual and sustainable. Make sure your diet is rich in protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins. Crash dieting or very restrictive diets are big culprits. Consistent, healthy eating and enough protein will support your hair.

I track my macros and micros with an app, and honestly, during weight loss, it's super important to hit your protein targets to avoid hair loss. Also, keep an eye on your iron, zinc, and biotin intake. My app helped me see if I was deficient. Slow and steady weight loss, as measured by your tracker, is better than crash diets.

Hair loss during weight loss is usually a sign your body isn't getting enough. Ensure your diet is balanced, with sufficient protein intake – that's critical. Don't drop calories too drastically. Also, proper hydration and regular exercise for good circulation can help. Focus on nourishing your body, not just cutting calories.

Oh, I didn't know weight loss could cause hair fall too! That's a bit scary. Is it mainly because of not eating enough, or are there other reasons too? I'm trying to lose weight slowly, but should I be taking any special supplements?

It's totally understandable to feel anxious when you see hair falling out, especially when you're working hard on your health. Hair loss during weight loss often happens when the body is under stress from calorie restriction or nutrient deficiencies. Focus on gradual weight loss, ensure you're getting enough protein and essential vitamins, and consider talking to a nutritionist. It helps ease the worry.

As if losing weight isn't hard enough, now my hair wants to join the 'exit' team! 😭 Honestly, after endless sleepless nights, I just want my hair to stay. I heard it's all about protein and not losing weight too fast. So, more paneer and less crash dieting, I guess. My energy levels are already low, don't need my hair to follow suit!

It can be disheartening to see hair loss while trying to get healthy. Make sure your weight loss is slow and steady, not too rapid. Eating enough protein and a variety of nutrients helps support your hair follicles. Be kind to your body.
