Breastfeeding ke time hair fall is so common, ho na? It's mostly hormonal. You can't fully prevent it, but eating good nutritious food, especially protein and iron, helps your body recover. And be gentle with your hair, avoid harsh chemicals for some time. It usually gets better after some months.

Breastfeeding hair fall, aka the 'Mommy Moulting Season'! 😂 It's totally normal, your body is just doing its thing. You can't really stop it, but think of it as your hair giving you a break before it comes back with a vengeance! Keep taking your supplements, eat well, and try not to tie your hair too tightly. We're all in this balding boat together!

I went through significant hair loss during both my breastfeeding phases. It's a temporary physiological change due to hormonal shifts, mainly the drop in estrogen. You can't prevent it entirely, but support your body. Continue your prenatal vitamins, focus on a protein-rich diet, and keep your hair care very gentle. It will grow back, don't worry.

Beta, after having a baby, the body goes through so many changes, and hair fall is just one of them. I remember it happening to me and all my friends. It feels scary, but it's usually temporary. Just make sure you are eating well for yourself and the baby, and don't take too much stress. It will settle down on its own.

Even during breastfeeding, light activity like daily walks helps with circulation and overall well-being, which indirectly supports hair health. But the main thing for hair fall is nutrition. Make sure your diet is packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals. And keep taking your postnatal supplements. Exercise helps manage stress too, which is a factor.

Many new mothers experience increased hair shedding during breastfeeding, and it's completely normal. This is due to hormonal fluctuations post-pregnancy. The best approach is to continue a balanced, nutrient-rich diet, particularly focusing on iron and protein, and gently caring for your hair. It's usually temporary and your hair density should return to normal within a few months post-weaning.
