How to pregnancy weeks?

I just found out I'm pregnant and I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the information. How do I calculate my pregnancy weeks correctly? My last period was a while ago, so I'm not sure where to start counting.

Pregnancy weeks are usually counted from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP). It's a bit confusing because that's before conception, but it's the standard. Try to stay calm, do some gentle breathing exercises, and connect with your body. It's a beautiful journey.

Hey, don't worry about counting weeks too much initially. Your doctor will confirm everything with an ultrasound and give you an Estimated Due Date (EDD). Just focus on taking care of yourself, eating well, and resting. The first few weeks are often about listening to your body.

Beta, the first day of your last period is the key! That's how doctors calculate pregnancy weeks, even though you technically weren't pregnant for the first couple of weeks. It's a 40-week journey usually. Just keep track of your cycles and when you miss your period, that's when you confirm with a test. Then the doctor will guide you through all the milestones.

Simple hai. Jis din period aaya tha last, us din se count karna shuru kar do. Doctors bhi aise hi calculate karte hain. Koi app download kar lo jo pregnancy tracking mein help karta hai, usmein sab updates mil jaayenge har week. Tension mat lo, sab theek hoga.

Ho na, pregnancy weeks count karna thoda confusing lagta hai pehle. But it's from the first day of your last period, that's the standard way. Your gynaec will confirm with scans and tell you everything. Just focus on enjoying this time, haan na.
