Hey bestie! Don't stress too much, almost every pregnant woman goes through this. Try keeping some bland crackers by your bed and eat a few before getting up. Sucking on ginger candies or sipping lemon water also helps some of my friends. Hope you feel better soon!

My sister was constantly feeling sick during her first trimester. She said eating small, dry snacks like biscuits or toast helped a bit, especially first thing in the morning. And she always kept ginger chews handy. It's tough, but it usually gets better after the first few months.

Ho na, pregnancy nausea is no joke! Many women experience it. Try having small, frequent meals, don't let your stomach stay empty. Sometimes sniffing a lemon or ginger can help. And plain toast or biscuits. Take rest, haan na, it's a phase.

While morning sickness is common in pregnancy, severe or persistent nausea and vomiting, especially if it leads to weight loss or dehydration, could be hyperemesis gravidarum. It's crucial to consult your obstetrician immediately. Don't just try home remedies if it's impacting your health. Get it checked for your safety and the baby's.

Oh, this sounds incredibly challenging. I would be so anxious if I felt nauseous all the time. Make sure you're getting enough rest, dehydration can make it worse. And maybe try to avoid any strong smells from food or perfumes. If it's really severe, definitely talk to your doctor about medication options, don't suffer too much.
