How to minimize stretch marks during pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and worried about getting a lot of stretch marks. My friend suggested applying certain creams, but I'm wondering what else I can do to minimize them as much as possible.

Keep your belly super moisturized! I used to apply virgin coconut oil right after my daily bath and it kept my skin so soft and happy. Don't worry too much about it, these marks are just beautiful reminders of your journey.

Most stretch marks are genetic, so they might still appear despite using creams. Just focus on keeping the skin hydrated so it doesn't itch. Wishing you a healthy and safe pregnancy journey.

Your body is doing a beautiful, sacred job of creating a new life. Do not stress over these physical changes, as stress can also affect your skin and health. Keep yourself hydrated, eat clean, and gently massage your skin with almond oil while keeping a peaceful mind.

To be honest, I bought three different expensive creams but was usually too tired to even apply them before passing out. Just use whatever basic oil or moisturizer is near your bed. Eventually, you will be too busy changing diapers to care about a few lines on your belly anyway!

While worrying about stretch marks is normal, please watch out for severe itching on your stomach or palms. I ignored intense itching thinking it was just stretch marks stretching, but it turned out to be a liver condition called cholestasis. Always report any unusual or severe itching to your gynecologist immediately.

Applying fresh aloe vera gel mixed with coconut oil works wonders to soothe the stretching skin. It reduces the itching naturally without any chemicals. But if you notice any painful rashes or swelling, please don't use home remedies and consult your doctor.
