How to measure body for weight loss progress?

I've been working out for a few weeks to lose weight, and the scale isn't moving much, which is a bit demotivating. Someone told me to measure my body instead of just weighing myself. What are the best ways to measure my body for weight loss progress?

Actually, don't rely only on the weighing scale yaar, it lies sometimes because of water weight. Use a tailor tape and measure your waist, thighs, and chest on the same day every week. That gives the real picture of your fat loss.

Honestly, the easiest tracker is just taking progress pictures in the same mirror and lighting every Sunday. You can clearly see the changes in your face and waist that scales don't show. Try it, it's so motivating!

With PCOS, the weight scale goes up and down so randomly due to water retention. I measure my waist hip ratio once a month very gently, without obsessing. Slow progress is still progress, so please don't lose heart.

Just look for how light and energetic your body feels when you wake up. True fitness is about mental peace and stamina, not just the numbers on a tape. Stay positive and take care.

Listen, don't stress too much about the daily numbers, okay? Just pick one tight pair of jeans from your closet and try them on every two weeks. If they feel more comfortable, you are definitely on the right track!

Haan na, scale weight fluctuates so much after a heavy dinner. I just use a simple measuring tape at the belly button level every Saturday morning. It is much more peaceful and accurate.

Measure your chest, waist, and hips once a week, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Make sure the tape is flat but not squeezing your skin. If you are lifting weights, muscle gains might keep scale weight same, but inches will drop.
