How to make raspberry leaf tea for pregnancy?

I'm in my third trimester, and my midwife suggested I look into raspberry leaf tea to help prepare for labor. I've never made it before and want to make sure I do it correctly. Does anyone know the proper way to prepare it for pregnancy?

In our times, we stuck to traditional warm milk with ghee, but I have seen my daughter-in-law drink this herbal tea in her third trimester. Just brew it lightly like normal black tea and have it warm.

Please be very careful with herbal teas during pregnancy. Definitely check with your gynecologist before drinking it.

Haan, modern doctors also suggest it sometimes in the 9th month, na. Just boil water, put the tea bag, and drink it with a little honey. But strictly ask your doctor first.

I've read it helps tone pelvic muscles, but nothing replaces light pelvic floor exercises and walking. Focus on staying active during your third trimester for an easier labor.

You can find organic raspberry leaf tea bags easily online. Just steep one bag in hot water for 5 minutes, but make sure not to have more than one cup a day to be safe.

Since raspberry leaf tea can stimulate uterine contractions, it is highly critical that you seek your gynaecologist's approval before starting it, especially in early pregnancy.
