How to make knee pain go away?

My knees have been hurting quite a bit lately, especially when I climb stairs or stand for long. It's not excruciating but it's uncomfortable. What are some simple exercises or remedies to make knee pain go away without much effort?

My knees make cracking sounds at 3 AM that wake up my cat, honestly. I just apply some pain balm, pray to the gods of joint health, and try to sleep. If you find a magic cure that doesn't involve waking up early for yoga, please let me know.

I started getting bad knee stiffness because of long sitting hours at my desk. Wearing a simple knee support sleeve during the day and doing basic quadricep stretches really helped. Don't push through heavy workouts when it hurts, give it some rest first.

Knee pain can be really frustrating to deal with daily. Gentle hot water fermentation and a good ayurvedic oil massage usually give decent temporary relief.

My teenage son got bad knee pain from his football practice last term. We used regular ice packs for the first two days to reduce the swelling, and it worked wonders. Make sure you are not putting too much pressure on the joints, and check if your shoes have proper cushioning.

I have tried warm mustard oil with garlic, turmeric milk at night, and even epsom salt baths for my chronic knee pain. They definitely help soothe the daily stiffness to an extent. But if there is any swelling or if you cannot bend your leg, please go see an orthopedist.

Actually, yaar, I ignored my minor knee ache thinking it was normal gym tiredness, but it got worse. You should check your vitamin D3 and B12 levels first because low levels make your joints ache like crazy. Don't just apply Volini and assume everything is fine, take care.
