How to make a pregnancy test read positive?

I've been trying to conceive for a while now, and my period is a few days late. I did a home test, but it was negative, which is quite disheartening. Are there any factors or tricks that could make a pregnancy test read positive more reliably?

A test will only show a positive result if the pregnancy hormone is naturally in your body. I understand you might be waiting eagerly, and I wish you all the best.

I know how stressful the waiting game is when you want to see those two lines. But you really just have to wait for the natural hormone levels to build up and test with your first morning urine.

There are no shortcuts here; the biology of the test relies on hormone detection. Focus on keeping your health, sleep, and fitness on track while you are trying to conceive.

I am new to this and a bit confused. Does testing too early after a missed period sometimes show a false negative, even if you are pregnant?

You can't fake it, yaar. Actually, the test kit only reacts to the hCG hormone in the urine. Trying any weird home hacks you see online will just ruin the kit.

Unless you can convince the hormones in your body to speed-run, you just have to wait! No amount of shaking the stick or praying to the test kit will change the science behind it.
