How to make a baby go to sleep?

My baby is just a few months old and sometimes struggles to fall asleep, even when very tired. I've tried rocking and singing, but what are some other effective techniques to help a baby go to sleep faster?

Try singing a song in a very boring voice, it works like magic! Otherwise, just put them in a swing and pray to the sleep gods.

Bacche ko thoda sa gunguna tel lagakar maalish kijiye sote samay. Kamre me andhera rakhein aur lori sunayein, sukoon se so jayega.

I use white noise sounds on YouTube for my niece and it works wonders. Also, keeping a fixed sleep routine every day really helps them settle down.

Bacche ko zyada godi me mat ghumaeye, unhe aadat ho jati hai. Bed pe lita kar dheere se thapki dijiye, chupchaap so jayenge.

Honestly, trying to put a baby to sleep makes me want to sleep instead! Try swaddling them snugly, it mimics the womb and keeps them calm.

A nice warm feed is usually the best ticket to dreamland for babies. It is just like how we feel sleepy after a heavy chole bhature lunch!

If the baby is crying continuously and refusing to sleep, please check for colic or fever. It is always safer to consult your pediatrician to rule out any pain.
