I'm newly diagnosed with Type 2. It's all a bit much. What kind of exercises are safe to start with, especially when my energy is low sometimes?

Beti, it is very important to lose weight with diabetes. My husband did it. He ate less sugar, more fruits and vegetables, and walked every evening. It took time, but his sugar levels improved a lot. Be patient and consistent.

For Type 2 Diabetes, weight loss needs to be medically supervised. Please, for your safety, consult your diabetologist and a qualified dietitian before starting any new diet or exercise regimen. Your medications might need adjustment too.

Just like with high BP, diabetes management heavily relies on disciplined lifestyle changes. Regular monitoring of blood sugar, strict diet control (especially carbs), and daily walks are crucial. Your doctor's guidance is key for both conditions.

You can totally do this! 💪 It's a journey, but every healthy choice counts. Focus on whole foods, cut down on sugary stuff, and find some fun physical activity. Small steps lead to big results! 😊

It might seem daunting, but weight loss is one of the best things you can do for Type 2 diabetes. Don't aim for extreme diets. Focus on consistent, sustainable changes like portion control, less sugar, and daily movement. Your doctor and family are there to support you.

For diabetes, managing carbs is absolutely vital for weight loss. I try to stick to low glycemic index foods. Avoid white rice, white bread, and all sugary drinks. Focus on whole grains, lots of greens, and protein in every meal. It helps keep blood sugar stable.

I reversed my pre-diabetes and lost weight by drastically cutting down on rice and potatoes. I ate more vegetables, dal, and lean protein. Walked every day without fail. And never skipped my medicines. It's discipline, but your health is worth it.

Balancing work and health is hard, but essential for Type 2. I found meal prepping on weekends helped. And short, intense walks or stairs during breaks. Even 10-15 minutes helps if you're consistent. Small, practical adjustments.
