How to lose estrogen weight gain?

I suspect I have hormonal imbalances, and I've noticed significant weight gain, especially around my midsection. My doctor mentioned it could be related to estrogen. How can I effectively lose weight that's linked to estrogen fluctuations?

My daughter faced this too, it's often related to hormonal balance. We focused on a diet rich in fiber and vegetables, and less processed food. Regular walks and good sleep also seem to help regulate things better. Consult a gynaecologist or endocrinologist first.

Honestly, hormonal stuff is complex, man. My friend had similar issues. He was told to reduce stress and get good sleep, along with a balanced diet. He also started weight training, which surprisingly helped. But doctor's advice is key here.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! Hormones are tricky. Just try to focus on really clean eating, like lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and stay hydrated. And definitely talk to a doc, they can guide you properly.

This is something I'm also trying to understand. Does estrogen weight gain usually happen in specific areas of the body? And is it only diet that helps, or exercise too?

When hormones are involved, it's not just about calories. Think about foods that support hormone balance, like cruciferous vegetables. And adequate sleep is a non-negotiable. Of course, a check-up with an endocrinologist is the best starting point.
