How to lose belly fat after pregnancy?

After my second child, I'm really struggling with my post-pregnancy belly. It's making me feel quite conscious, and my old clothes don't fit well. What are some effective methods to lose belly fat after pregnancy?

Beti, after pregnancy, the body takes time. Don't rush. Drink warm water with lemon in the morning. And don't forget light walking. My Dadi used to say, patience is key. And eat home-cooked, healthy food, no outside stuff.

Definitely start with a good gynaecologist consultation. They'll tell you when it's safe to start exercising. Beyond that, focus on a protein-rich diet and consistent, but gentle, core-strengthening exercises. Consistency is more important than intensity.

Oh, it's very natural to worry about this after having a baby. Just take it easy, slowly slowly. Eating good food from ghar and walking little bit every day helps a lot. Don't be hard on yourself, okay?

This is a very common concern, and it takes time. Make sure you're getting enough rest – often overlooked but so important! And keep yourself well-hydrated. Small changes in diet and light activity, once cleared by your doctor, are the way to go.

My sister went through this. She was really stressed. What helped her most was actually just being patient and not comparing herself to others. And walking, like really consistent walking, once she was cleared for it. Don't overdo it, boss.

I used to wear a soft abdominal binder for some support after my delivery, not too tight though. Also, cut out sugary drinks and deep-fried stuff completely. Small portions of proper meals and walks with the baby stroller worked for me.
