How to lessen hair loss?

I've been noticing a lot of hair fall lately, especially after shampooing, and my ponytail feels much thinner. My friend told me it might be stress-related. What can I do to lessen this hair loss and make my hair stronger?

Hair fall is quite common, dear. My mother used to say warm coconut oil massage with curry leaves helps. And a good diet is important, haan. But honestly, when I faced a lot of hair loss, my dermatologist told me about underlying issues like thyroid or deficiencies. Best to check with a doctor to know the actual reason, only then proper solution comes.

Lessen hair loss? If I figure that out, I'll be rich! Between work stress and zero sleep, I'm pretty sure my hair is trying to escape my head. Jokes aside, a good diet and less stress (easier said than done!) supposedly help. And maybe some magic potion from a trichologist? A man can dream, right?

Hello! Hair loss can be due to many reasons – stress, diet, hormones, or even harsh hair products. Try to use mild shampoos and conditioners. A balanced diet rich in iron, protein, and vitamins is crucial. Regular, gentle oil massages can also stimulate the scalp. If it's excessive, please consult a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.

I'm no doctor, so I can only share my experience. I noticed my hair falling a lot more when I was super stressed with work and not eating well. When I started meditating and focusing on home-cooked meals, it seemed to slow down. That's just what happened for me, though. Everyone's body is different.

Hair loss? My shower drain is a constant reminder of my existence! 😂 Honestly, I've tried everything from onion juice to magic potions. What seems to actually make a difference is eating well, getting enough sleep (a rarity!), and trying to relax. And maybe less judging my own hair in the mirror. You're not alone in this follicular fight!

Diet plays a massive role in hair health. For vegetarians, ensuring adequate protein intake (lentils, paneer, tofu) and essential vitamins (Biotin, Iron from leafy greens, Vitamin C for absorption) is crucial. Avoid processed foods. A nutritionist can help tailor a diet that supports hair growth and reduces fall. What you eat directly fuels your hair follicles.

Haan ji, baal jhadna toh bohot stressful hota hai.

My dermatologist explained that identifying the type of hair loss (e.g., telogen effluvium, androgenetic alopecia) is the first step. She recommended blood tests for thyroid function, iron, and Vitamin D. For me, it was a combination of stress management, minoxidil, and specific vitamin supplements tailored to my deficiencies. A proper diagnosis from a qualified professional is key, not just random products.
