How to know if u have an ectopic pregnancy?

I'm pregnant and have been having some unusual pain in my abdomen, along with some light bleeding. My doctor asked me to look out for certain signs. How do you know if you have an ectopic pregnancy? I'm quite worried.

Haan, ectopic pregnancy bahut serious hota hai. Agar aapko positive pregnancy test aaya hai aur phir bhi bahut tez ek side mein pet dard ho raha hai, ya abnormal bleeding ho rahi hai, ya chakkar aa rahe hain, toh samajh lo. Na, ghar pe mat ruko, seedha emergency mein jaao. Yeh bahut urgent hota hai.

Bhai, agar pregnancy test positive hai aur uske baad bhi pet mein ek taraf bahut tez dard ho, ya period jaisi bleeding ho jo normal na ho, ya chakkar aaye, toh seedha hospital jaao. Yeh bahut khatarnak ho sakta hai. Time waste mat karo.

Ectopic pregnancy is a medical emergency. Key symptoms to watch for after a positive pregnancy test include severe, persistent pain on one side of your abdomen, unusual vaginal bleeding (lighter or heavier than a period), and shoulder tip pain, which can be a referred pain. Dizziness or fainting also requires immediate attention. Go to the nearest ER immediately.

If you're already feeling nauseous from pregnancy and then you add super sharp, one-sided abdominal pain and weird bleeding, that's not just morning sickness on steroids. And if you're dizzy on top of that, it's definitely not just sleep deprivation like me. This needs urgent medical attention, not a nap!

This is a very crucial question. If you have a positive pregnancy test, and then you experience severe abdominal pain (often on one side), unusual vaginal bleeding or spotting, dizziness, or shoulder pain, these are strong indicators of an ectopic pregnancy. This is a medical emergency and you must seek immediate attention from a doctor or hospital. Don't wait.

For an ectopic pregnancy, the symptoms are quite alarming and require immediate medical help. If you have a positive pregnancy test but are experiencing severe, one-sided abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding that's different from a normal period, or shoulder pain, please go to the emergency room without delay. This is not something to monitor at home.
