How to keep liver healthy?

My father recently had some liver issues, and doc said it's important to take care of it from a young age. I want to know what I can do to keep my liver healthy for the long term. Are there any specific foods or habits I should adopt?

For liver health, one of the biggest things is to control any existing conditions like high BP or diabetes. My doc keeps telling me to limit alcohol strictly and cut down on fatty, oily foods. Regular checkups are also key to catch anything early.

Haan na, liver ka khayal rakhna bahut zaruri hai. The main thing is to avoid too much alcohol and also those very oily, fried things. Ghar ka khaana is always best. Aur paani bhi theek se piyo.

It's good you're thinking about this. A healthy diet, avoiding alcohol, and regular exercise are generally the best ways to support your liver.

For liver health, it's essential to get proper medical advice. When I visit Lilavati or Kokilaben, the doctors always emphasize avoiding self-medication, especially painkillers, and keeping alcohol intake very minimal. Ask your doctor for a personalized diet plan.

This is something I worry about a lot too. Does anyone else feel like there's so much conflicting advice out there? I try to eat healthy, but sometimes I feel like I'm missing something crucial. What else do people here actually do?
