Honestly, walking is your best friend during pregnancy, a good brisk walk for 30 mins helps so much. And try to eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. If you feel any unusual pain or discomfort though, always always consult your doctor right away, don't ignore it.

When I was pregnant, I focused on prenatal yoga, it was a lifesaver for back pain and flexibility. Also, staying hydrated is super important, I kept a water bottle with me all the time. Don't push yourself too hard, listen to your body, that's key.

Oh god, pregnancy fitness can be so confusing na? I was always worried if I was doing too much or too little. Make sure you talk to your gynaecologist before starting any new exercise routine. And please, get enough rest, that's like the most underrated fitness tip.

I had some complications in my first trimester, so I was always very careful. My advice is to follow your doctor's instructions strictly. What works for one person might not work for another, so a personalized plan from your gynaecologist is best.

My wife's doctor always emphasized gentle exercises like swimming or walking. Also, focus on a balanced diet with good protein and iron sources. And seriously, don't lift heavy things, get help for that.

Haha, I know the cravings hit hard! But try to balance those with lots of healthy stuff. A handful of nuts instead of that extra fried snack, maybe? And hey, a little treat now and then is totally fine, don't be too strict with yourself.
