How to increase baby percentile during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester and my doctor mentioned my baby's growth percentile is a bit low. I'm getting worried, so I want to know if there's anything I can do to help my baby grow better. What food or tips might help increase the baby's percentile during pregnancy?

Honestly, between the midnight bathroom trips and heartburn, I just ate whatever I could keep down. My doctor told me to focus on protein like paneer and eggs, and not to obsess over the percentile charts. Just rest when you can and eat healthy!

Haan na, weight and percentiles tension is always there in pregnancy. I used to drink coconut water daily and eat soaked almonds, my grandmother said it helps the baby grow well. Just eat simple home food and don't take stress, everything will be fine.

When my wife's scans showed a lower percentile, our doctor at Hinduja Hospital monitored it very closely. They put her on specific protein powders and checked the blood flow to the baby. Please ask your gynecologist clearly instead of trying things on your own.

During my pregnancy, the baby's growth percentile dropped suddenly due to a placenta issue. It can be serious, so please consult your doctor immediately to check the blood flow. Do not rely on home remedies to fix growth restrictions.

I totally get it, seeing those lower percentiles on your scan report can make you worry so much. Please try to stay calm because your stress also affects the little one. Focus on high-protein foods like milk, pulses, and lean meat, and sleep on your left side.
