How to immediately stop hair loss?

Since last month, my hairfall has become really bad, like after every shower my drain is full. Someone told me stress might be a factor, but I need something to stop it right away, before I lose too much. Any quick solutions?

Hair fall ek raat me toh nahi rukta, haan? Pehle thoda stress lena kam karo aur basic diet me protein badhao na. Baaki zyada dikkat hai toh dermatologist ko dikhana hi sabse sahi option hai.

Look, there is no magic switch to stop hair loss immediately. Stop buying expensive onion oils from Instagram ads; go to a proper dermatologist, get your vitamin levels checked, and start a scientific treatment.

Honestly, during exams my hair fall goes crazy because of stress and late nights. There is no instant cure, but sleeping on time and not using harsh chemical shampoos helps thoda. Don't panic, it usually gets better.

My mother always tells me to use homemade hibiscus oil to cool the scalp. However, for sudden and severe hair loss, it is best to trust a doctor's advice and check your thyroid or hormone levels first.

I totally get it, seeing hair on your pillow and in the shower can be so heartbreaking and stressful. Please take a deep breath; starting a healthy diet with curry leaves and amla helps, but seeing a dermatologist is the best way to stop it.

Namaste. Hair loss often happens due to nutritional deficiencies like Iron, Vitamin D, or B12, or due to stress. Please get your blood tests done and consult a skin specialist rather than trying quick fixes.
