How to hide pregnancy bump?

I'm pregnant and still in my first trimester, but my bump is already starting to show a bit more than I expected. My in-laws are very observant, and I want to keep it under wraps for a while. Any tips on how to hide a pregnancy bump, especially when wearing traditional Indian clothes?

Hey, take a deep breath. You can easily keep this private for now by wearing flowy dark-colored kurtis or smart layered jackets that don't cling. Don't worry about anyone finding out before you are ready to tell them, just focus on keeping yourself safe and happy.

I totally get it, sometimes you just need that privacy and aren't ready to share the news with the world yet. I found that wearing structured peplum tops or high-waisted pleated skirts worked beautifully to camouflage the bump. Just make sure whatever you wear is comfortable for you and the little one.

To keep the body comfortable and relaxed, wearing loose handloom cotton apparel is wonderful. Doing gentle breathing exercises helps keep early bloating down, which often accentuates the bump. Walk slowly, dress in comfortable loose layers, and let your body nurture this life peacefully.

Oversized, boxy hoodies and athletic tracksuits are perfect for hiding a growing bump while keeping you comfortable. Keeping active with light walks and keeping your core gently engaged also helps with posture during this time. Just avoid tight compression wear that squeezes your midsection.

Please don't listen to internet hacks suggesting tight belts or binding fabrics to hide the bump, as this can be dangerous for fetal development. The only safe way to conceal a pregnancy is through loose, layered fashion choices. Always verify any physical or dietary advice with your obstetrician first.
