How to help sciatica pain in pregnancy?

I'm in my 7th month of pregnancy and the sciatica pain is becoming unbearable. It starts from my back and goes right down to my foot. How can I get some relief from this pain during pregnancy?

Instead of spending on expensive maternity physiotherapy packages right away, check if your local hospital has group prenatal classes which are much cheaper and teach the same safe stretches.

Always consult your gynecologist before trying any back exercises or using pain-relief gels, as certain ingredients and movements are not recommended during pregnancy.

Keep your hydration steady to avoid muscle spasms, and stick to simple home-cooked foods. Avoid highly processed snacks even during late-night pain episodes.
