How to help restless legs pregnancy?

My legs feel so restless and uncomfortable, especially at night, now that I'm pregnant. It's making it very difficult to sleep or even relax. What can I do to help with restless legs during pregnancy?

Bahut bechaini hoti hai pairon mein, main samajh sakti hoon. Raat ko sone se pehle thoda sarso ka tel garm karke pairon ki maalish karwa lo, isse nind achhi aayegi aur aaram milega.

Sometimes low iron or magnesium levels can cause this during pregnancy. Try incorporating spinach, nuts, and seeds into your diet, but please ask your doctor to check your blood levels first.

I tried stretching, changing bedsheets, and everything else. What actually worked for me was simple leg elevation using a couple of pillows while sleeping, and drinking warm milk at night.

Haan, bilkul sahi baat hai, pregnancy mein legs bilkul thak jaate hain. Aap sone se pehle simple stretches karo na, pairon ko kaafi relief milega aur deep sleep aayegi.

Honestly, keeping myself hydrated with fresh coconut water and eating bananas (for potassium!) helped ease my wife's leg cramps. Plus, it's a great excuse to enjoy some extra fresh fruits!

If your gynecologist permits, a slow 20-minute walk in the evening can improve blood circulation and reduce restless legs. Just don't overexert yourself late in the evening.
