How to help pregnancy cramps?

I'm just a few weeks into my pregnancy, and I've been experiencing mild cramps that worry me a bit. My doctor said it's usually normal, but I want to know if there are ways to alleviate these pregnancy cramps and feel more at ease.

Didi, pregnancy me thoda bohot dard normal hai, ghabrao mat. Aap halka garm paani piye aur pet pe halka garm kapda rakh ke aaram karein. Agar dard jyada badhe toh turant apne doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai, bilkul deri mat karna.

My wife faced this during her pregnancy, and staying hydrated is key. Make sure you don't take sweet juices or coconut water too frequently if you are watching your sugar levels. Plain water is best, and do consult your doctor about any sudden pain.

Honestly, my body was doing weird things and cramps made sleep impossible. I used a long pillow between my knees which helped a little bit, but mostly I just waited it out. Please check with your doctor though, don't take any chances.

Yes, mild cramping happens as the body expands, but please mention it to your gynecologist just to be absolutely safe.

I tracked my hydration goals on my app and noticed cramps were worse on days I drank less water. Gentle stretching helps, but monitor the frequency of the cramps. If they are regular or severe, log them and share the data with your doctor immediately.
