How to help pregnancy back pain?

I'm pregnant with my first child, and the back pain has started becoming quite severe, especially by evening. I try to rest, but it's not always enough. Any tips on how to relieve pregnancy back pain?

Do not follow random back-stretching videos or take herbal pain relief pills from the internet during pregnancy. Any incorrect movement can harm you or the baby. Always verify with your obstetrician before trying any remedy.

Don't worry, little sister, back pain is very common as your baby bump grows. Try not to stand for too long and always sit with proper back support. Let your family handle the heavy lifting for now.

Try using a maternity support pillow while sleeping on your side, it is a lifesaver! Also, a warm water bath helps soothe those tired muscles beautifully. Keep smiling, you are doing a wonderful job!

My dear, have someone gently massage your back with lukewarm mustard oil, but do not apply too much pressure. Always wear flat, comfortable shoes and avoid bending down directly to pick up things.

Honestly, trying to find a comfortable sleeping position with a giant belly and a sore back is an Olympic sport. I have stuffed about five pillows around me and my husband barely has any space left on the bed. It's a daily struggle!

The weight shift during pregnancy naturally strains your lower spine. Make sure you don't take any pain-relief tablets without asking your gynaecologist first. A maternity support belt can help distribute the weight better.

I remember my wife struggling with this during her pregnancies. Don't worry, this pain is temporary and goes away soon after the delivery. Just rest as much as possible and eat nutritious, home-cooked food.

We ignored my wife's severe back pain thinking it was normal pregnancy discomfort, but it turned out to be a severe kidney infection. Please get it checked by your doctor to be absolutely safe. Don't take any symptom lightly.

When I had back pain, I found that sleeping strictly on my left side with a thick pillow between my knees helped ease the strain. I am not a medical expert, so please check with your doctor for actual treatments.

A hot water rubber bag held gently against your lower back provides quick relief. When sitting on a chair, always place a small cushion behind your lower back to maintain a good posture. It keeps the pain under control.
