How to help pelvic pain during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester, and I've started experiencing a lot of pelvic pain, especially when I walk or change positions. My gynaecologist said it's common, but it's really uncomfortable. What can I do to get some relief?

Instead of buying expensive pregnancy pillows immediately, try using regular pillows between your knees to save some money. Also, make sure to plan your scans at government or affordable diagnostic labs to keep the pregnancy budget in check.

I get so worried when I hear about pelvic pain because we always fear the worst. Please make sure there is no bleeding or heavy watery discharge along with the pain. If anything feels off, just call your doctor right away for peace of mind.

Pelvic girdle pain is quite common as the ligaments stretch, but you should still inform your gynecologist. They can recommend safe pelvic exercises or a maternity support belt. Never take any over-the-counter painkillers during pregnancy.

When I was pregnant with my second child, the pelvic bone pain was very bad. I found that keeping my knees together when getting out of bed or the car helped a lot. Also, avoid standing on one leg while wearing clothes.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this pain during such an important time. Please lie down on your side and take deep, slow breaths. I hope you feel better very soon.

Don't worry, little sister, your body is just making room for the baby, which causes this pressure. Avoid taking long steps or lifting heavy things around the house right now. Just rest as much as you can and let others help.

It is actually so painful yaar, especially when you try to turn around in bed at night. My doctor told me to use a hot water bottle but very lightly, not directly on the tummy. Just take it easy and don't exert yourself.

Hang in there, mommy-to-be! Try sleeping with a pillow tucked under your tummy for extra support. Taking a warm shower also helps relax those tired pelvic muscles after a long day.
