How to help pcos hair loss?

I have PCOS and lately, my hair fall has increased so much, especially near my hairline. It's really affecting my confidence. Are there any specific things I can do to help with this hair loss?

I went through this and it was so heartbreaking to see my hair thinning. I stopped using chemical shampoos and started a high-protein diet. It took about six months, but my hairfall finally slowed down.

Please get your thyroid and iron levels checked along with your PCOS hormones. Often, multiple issues combine to cause extreme hair loss. A doctor can guide you on the right supplements after looking at your blood reports.

Regularly massage your scalp gently with pure coconut oil infused with curry leaves. It keeps the roots cool and nourished. But remember, daughter, the main issue is inside, so you must eat healthy meals on time.

Practicing Balayam (nail rubbing) and Sarvangasana daily helped improve blood flow to my sister's scalp during her PCOS struggles. It takes daily discipline but helps nourish the roots naturally over time.

Seeing your hair fall can be very stressful, but please try to stay calm. Excessive stress only makes hair loss worse. Focus on eating well and let your body heal at its own pace.
