My wife had this hip pain and we ended up buying four different types of pillows to find comfort. It looked like a pillow factory in our bedroom! Joking aside, resting with a pillow between the legs really helps. Hang in there, it's temporary.

I remember crying at night because the hip pain was so bad and I felt so helpless. It is emotionally exhausting when you can't find a comfortable sleeping position. Please be gentle with yourself and know that your feelings are completely valid.

It is completely natural to feel anxious and worried when you experience this kind of joint pain during pregnancy. I felt the exact same way, but my doctor assured me it's quite common due to hormonal changes. Speak to your doctor to get some peace of mind.

When my daughter was pregnant, she suffered from severe hip stiffness in the third trimester. I advised her to avoid sitting cross-legged on the floor and to use a firm chair instead. These small, practical changes helped her manage the pain much better.

Oh sweetheart, don't stress too much about it! It's just your body getting ready for the baby. Try wearing a supportive maternity belt when you walk around, it helped me a lot. Sending you lots of love!

I can only share what helped me when I was pregnant. Taking short, gentle walks on flat ground and sleeping on my side with a thick cushion between my knees made a big difference. I hope you find some relief soon!

In our times, we were told to rest as much as possible and avoid lifting heavy things. Your body is doing a lot of hard work right now. Just listen to your doctor, eat well, and rest your hips.
