How to heal knee joint pain?

My mother has been complaining about severe knee joint pain, especially in the mornings and after standing for a long time. She's taken some pain relief, but it's not a long-term solution. What can be done to genuinely help heal her knee joint pain?

Knee joint pain isn't something to ignore. Get it checked by an orthopaedic doctor. They'll likely suggest X-rays or an MRI. Could be anything from minor wear and tear to something more serious. Don't self-diagnose, just get a professional opinion.

My doctor explained that knee pain often comes from weakened muscles around the joint or cartilage issues. He recommended strengthening exercises for quads and hamstrings, along with physiotherapy. Also, managing weight is super important to reduce load on the knees. Don't just pop pain killers without knowing the root cause.

Ayyo, knee pain is very troublesome. My mother used to say warm oil massage helps, but for proper healing, please consult a good doctor. Sometimes it's simple, sometimes it needs physio. The doctor's advice will be the best for your specific condition, my dear.

Dude, knee pain sucks. I got it from playing too much football. My physio gave me some exercises, mostly focused on strengthening leg muscles. Don't just rest it completely, sometimes movement helps, but the right kind of movement. Get a doctor's opinion, bro.

Oh, knee pain! I've been getting some dull aches lately and it's making me so worried. Does yours hurt all the time, or only when you walk? And did anyone else here get knee pain that turned out to be something minor? Just trying to calm my nerves.
