How to have flax seeds for weight loss?

I've heard flax seeds are great for weight loss and overall health, but I'm not sure how to consume them. Should I grind them, roast them, or just sprinkle them raw? What's the best way to have flax seeds for weight loss?

My mother used to say flax seeds are very good for health, but always in moderation. For weight loss, I think grinding them fresh and adding a small spoon to your curd or smoothie can help with fibre. But best to check with a dietician for proper guidance, no?

Oh, flax seeds! I've tried adding them to everything for weight loss – smoothies, atta, even salads. They do help with feeling full because of the fiber. But remember, it's not a magic bullet. Consistency with a balanced diet and some activity is key.

Been there, done that with flax seeds for weight loss! Best way is to grind them fresh at home; whole seeds just pass through your system. Add 1-2 spoons to your atta for rotis, or in your dal. It gives good fiber and helps you feel satisfied. But just flax seeds won't do it alone, need to watch the overall diet.

Flax seeds are wonderful for digestion and overall well-being, which indirectly aids weight management. I like to soak them overnight and add to my morning juice or just have them with water. It's about a holistic approach, including proper breathing and gentle movement.

Initially, I read so much about flax seeds and thought I needed to consume tons for weight loss, which made me a bit anxious. But then realised just a spoonful of roasted and ground flax in my breakfast cereals is enough. Don't overdo it, consistency is more important than quantity.

Flax seeds are known for their fiber and omega-3s, which can support weight management. I usually sprinkle a tablespoon of ground flaxseed on my yogurt or salads. However, for a proper weight loss plan, consulting a nutritionist or doctor is always recommended.

Flax seeds, huh? I add them to my morning oats mostly because I heard they're good. Haven't seen drastic weight loss overnight (wish!), but they make me feel full for longer so I don't reach for that extra biscuit. Anything that helps when you're tired all the time is a win, right?
