How to green tea for weight loss?

My friends keep telling me green tea is great for weight loss. I've started drinking it, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right or if it's even working. How should I properly consume green tea for weight loss?

Green tea is good, but if you have thyroid issues like me, sometimes it can interfere. Make sure you get your thyroid levels checked regularly, especially if you're trying new things for weight loss. Always best to consult your doctor, haan.

Dekho, green tea alone won't do much. You need to fix your diet and exercise daily. Green tea can help a little with metabolism, but it's not magic. Be consistent, that's the main thing.

Honestly, I used to think green tea would instantly melt fat, lol. But it's more about building healthy habits. Don't stress too much about it, just incorporate it into a balanced lifestyle. Small changes add up, you'll see.

I've read so much about green tea and weight loss, sometimes it feels overwhelming. Is it better before or after meals? Does the brand matter? I try to drink it with lemon, thinking it helps more. Just try to keep it simple, I guess, and see what works for your body.

You can drink 2-3 cups a day, maybe one in the morning and one in the evening. Don't add sugar. Just remember, it's a supplement, not a primary weight loss method. Focus on healthy eating and staying active too, that's key.

Always approach things with a positive mind, dear. Green tea can be a good addition, but remember to listen to your body and give it good, nourishing food. And don't forget to take some time for yourself to relax. Inner peace also helps with overall well-being, including weight management.
