I had really bad pregnancy nausea! What truly helped me was keeping small snacks by my bedside and eating a few crackers before even getting up. Also, ginger lozenges or ginger tea were lifesavers. Never let your stomach get completely empty, that's when it hits hardest!

Pregnancy nausea means saying bye-bye to all those delicious biryanis for a bit, bummer! But seriously, bland foods are your friend. Think plain idli, toast, or just simple dal chawal. And small portions! The less adventurous your food, the happier your tummy might be.

Try sipping on ginger tea or plain nimbu pani (lemon water). Peppermint also helps some people. Eating small, frequent meals and avoiding strong smells can reduce the feeling. But if the nausea is severe and you can't keep anything down, please, quickly see your doctor. Don't take it lightly.

My girlfriend had this during her first trimester. She couldn't even stand the smell of food! She found that sour candies and plain crackers helped her a lot. And sleeping more, even short naps, seemed to reduce the feeling. Just hang in there, it usually passes!

Ho na, pregnancy nausea bohot mushkil hota hai. Meri friend ko bhi hua tha. Usne bola ki fresh pudina (mint) ke patte chabane se thoda aaram milta hai. Aur haan, pani peete raho, par thoda thoda karke, ek saath nahi. Don't let your stomach get empty.

For pregnancy nausea, focus on gentle, easily digestible vegetarian foods. Think plain rice, steamed idlis, light vegetable broths, and fresh fruits like bananas. Avoid anything oily, spicy, or heavily flavored. Small, frequent meals prevent an empty stomach, which often triggers nausea.

Ugh, pregnancy nausea is the absolute worst! 🤢 For me, ice-cold water with lemon slices and small pieces of watermelon really helped! Also, bland snacks like plain biscuits. Hang in there, it usually gets better! 💖

I'm not pregnant yet but hearing about this makes me curious. Is it true that sour things like amla or pickles help? Or does that just make it worse for some people? Also, are there any particular smells to avoid?

While many tips help, if your nausea is very severe and you're throwing up a lot, it's really important to inform your gynecologist. There's a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum, which needs medical attention. Don't just suffer through it, get it checked.

Haan, pregnancy mein ulti jaisa lagna toh common hai. Meri bhabhi ko bhi bohot hota tha. Usko adrak (ginger) wali chai aur nimbu pani peene se thoda theek lagta tha. Aur haan, subah khali pet mat rehna, kuch dry toast kha lena pehle.
